Sole protectors are a clear plastic, that helps to prevent paint on the sole of the shoe from coming off. sole protector's only helps prevent the loss of paint and doesn't guarantee that the paint will stay on. if you treat the custom with care the sole protectors can last for the life of the shoe. however harsh wear can cause damage to the sole protector causing it to come off. it is highly recommended that for all red sole customs a sole protecter is purchased.
